Step 1: Reserve Your Campsite
Visit OntarioParks.ca to reserve a large campsite (3 tents or larger) at one of our preferred campgrounds.
Each camping package includes delivery and set up at these campgrounds.
If you book at a different campground, please contact us before booking a camping package.
Reserve your site early as they do fill up quickly.
Step 2: Booking Your Camping Package
Choose one of our Camping Packages and book your set up and take down dates.
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and is released after gear is inspected.
View our Terms and Conditions before booking.
Step 3: Pack Your Clothing, Drinking Water, Food and Essentials
Although our Camping Packages include all the gear you need to go camping, you'll need to bring your own bottled drinking water, food, clothing and personal hygiene items.
You may also want to bring some of your favourite comfort and adventure items like pillows and extra blankets, fishing and hiking gear, bug spray and sunscreen.
Download our handy What to Bring Checklist for ideas of what to pack.
Step 4: We Deliver and Set Up Your Gear
Before you arrive at the campsite, we set up the tent, air mattresses, screen tent, stove and chairs - we even put the tablecloth on the table!
When you arrive you will find an essential campsite bin inside the tent that includes dishes, cookware, a tarp, rope, firestarter and other camp necessities.
We have chosen high-quality, durable gear and deliver it in clean, useable condition.
Step 5: Arrive and Enjoy
Enjoy the freedom of showing up to a completely set up campsite.
We ask that you arrive at your campsite after 3:30 p.m. to allow us time to set up.
As you enjoy your adventure, be sure to keep your site clean, store food and coolers inside your vehicle and cover your firewood with provided tarp.
View our Terms for gear use and care expectations.
Step 6: Clean Up and Head Home
At the end of the trip, be sure to leave all gear in clean, useable condition.
We ask that you depart your site by 12:30 p.m. to leave us time to inspect and tear down the equipment before your reservation time ends.
We are not responsible for cleaning up garbage, extra wood or other debris left on the campsite. We recommend you clean your site and fire pit before departing to avoid Ontario Parks charges.
